Piece Hall bell on a Saturday in Halifax

even from the top of beacon hill i could hear the bell being rung at the piece hall. it was 10am the traditional time the bell was rung from 1779 on wards until the piece hall stopped being used as a cloth hall. i think halifax looks a lot different now to that time in history
