OBBC REGATTA Prewinter series

Today the "Old Buggars Boat club " put in from Sandy bay ( Lyttelton harbour)
I felt well enough to join in and we sailed the Young 3.5 ( under restoration-left of picture) and Commodore Hugh ( pictured ) sailed the slippery little " Shellback" we landed for lunch on 'Quail Island' next to the old shipwreck. I wasnt prepared to take a camera out with us sailing so only got this one at " put-in "
Lovely day for a prewinter sail - so good we got becalmed on return and Had to row the last 200 metres. Thanks to all the OBBC members for some memorable sailing during the summer.
