Coxing

Today was day one of the introduction to coxing course. We talked about responsibilities, emergencies, safety equipment, weather and sea conditions, communications and much more beside. It was fun and interactive and I feel I learnt a lot. Whether I would be more confident to actually do it is another question, being more aware of the dangers and pitfalls makes me more wary, maybe? Tomorrow we will go on the water so we'll see what comes of it...
