Guess

Bet you can't guess what this is or how it happened.

It happens to be the bottom of a garlic braid with a dried pepper in it. Someone, the cat got on the ledge holding the pepper. Then she somehow batted the pepper two more feet into the air to get it wedged here. Figure that one out!
