Food

So the wife spent the night at her brother and sister-in-laws house tonight, due to the weather which meant it was fend for yourself night. I didn't mind the least bit that I had to cook my own meal bc well I've done it before. Nikki cooks most of the meals but I've been known to step up and make a good meal.

This particular dish is Worchesteshire Chicken topped with yup Worchesteshire sauce and soy sauce, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne pepper and a couple drops of Franks Red Hot.

As much as I missed seeing Nikki this evening (and Thea did too - BIG time!) You see I'm the disciplinarian but I also am the tougher tug of war opponent.

Anyways dinner was great - not bad for someone who a year ago would've made a hot dog in the microwave or wasted green backs on Chickfila and taken the easy route to dinner. Nope not this time!

It was good. Especially topped with rotel tomatoes and green chillies.
