A bit of sunshine on this gloomy day!
Lemon Posset for my guests later on :)
I'm also preparing four cheese fondue with bread and olives. Followed by baked pears with blue cheese and thyme honey. The main is wild salmon marinated in horseradish, olive oil, honey, lemon zest and juice, pink peppercorns and salted capers on top. A quick stir fry with green veggies (pak choi, spinach, purple brocolli and mange touts) to go on side too.
Perfect little menu for perfect night :)
