Bath

After lots of digging soil today I am feeling a little sore so I have decided to use our air bath. It is similar to a spa bath but blows air through lots of jets instead of circulating water.
I have just watched the women's World Cup rugby final. What a wonderful game in front of 45,000 spectators. New Zealand were fortunate to beat a wonderful England team narrowly 34-31.
