Thank you for the kind comments on my yesterdays 'had a bad day' photo. Made me smile :) even when I didn't feel like smiling :)

Went this morning to the DMV to renew my license that had expired on my birthday. Part of my bad day yesterday(one of many things) was that I went to the bank to DEPOSIT money into MY account. It was cash. Cash money I wanted to put into MY account. Now, I have put money into my kids accounts, my sisters accounts, my dads account, with no problem (and NO identification) but when I wanted to put cash money into my own account....access denied because my license was expired. Really?? It wouldn't had been a big deal except that we have an auto payment that was to come out of that account that day and I wanted to make sure it was covered. ugh. Glenn could have done it but he was about to leave for a flight out. When I called him ranting and raving he suggested I go get my passport, which I did. Money was accepted into my account. sheesh

Anyhoo, on the way back from the DMV I stopped at the park to see how the baby coots from a week ago were doing. They are even uglier now. Poor things. At least they grow into cool looking birds!!! It was at the park that I met Ben. He was walking his human around the park and stopped to say hi. He just turned one. What a handsome guy he is!!! So, gets the honor of being my photo today :)

Today was better! Another reason for bad day yesterday was that the internet and credit card machines kept going down and we were busy!! Glenn called and "talked" to someone and with his kind words and calm demeanor colorful language and obvious distress, they were here first thing this morning with a new router(which they said probably wasn't the problem) Well, Lo & behold our internet and credit cards machines worked perfectly the rest of the day!! Yay! And, much faster at that!

one more note...my new license photo looks like I am 8" shorter and weigh 200lbs more than I do. cool
