Solitude Mountain opening day.

We got up early to avoid the inevitable crowds. Fabulous morning, minus 14 C, and clear blue skies. 
The snow was great, and unfortunately the crowds were huge, but it was just nice to be back up in the mountains. Early season opening is a bonus before heading home in less than 2 weeks for the NZ summer.
