Another busy day

I've cleaned Rufus's ears once and put cream on his shoulder twice.

I've written 2,000 words.

I've started a test crochet for someone on Ravelry. 

I walked round the block (less than half a mile) with my son James.

I helped with putting away our grocery order.

I'm done. 

I still get the sick headachy feeling when I overdo it and I think I did.
