Bleurgh

My view for most of today - sofa, blanket, tv, fluids.

I didn’t have any bad symptoms from the previous anti-Covid jabs and was lucky enough to sail through my Covid in February with just a sniffle so am wondering if it was the flu jab (my first)?

Hot, cold, nausea, dizzy and my arms are really sore.

Hopefully back to normal over the weekend!
