Woodbury Castle

A greyish day mainly although it was forecast to be sunnier.  I headed off to a sprint cycle class first thing and then had an appointment with the physiotherapist at lunchtime.  Hopefully my back should be feeling better soon.  I called in at Woodbury Castle an old Iron Age Fort to take todays blip.

We are out early tonight to see a film The Banshees of Inisherin the first film I will have seen for some time.
