No Explanation Required

Doctor's this morning for blood to be taken for 'Tests' (no idea what for).
First question ....... Have you got your 'sample? ---- Answer .... No. I wasn't told I had to bring one.
So I will be back on Monday to drop one off.
She wasn't subtle with the needle I have to say.
Labels were printed off for the blood and for the sample bottle I was given.  What I did notice is that the system prints off 4 labels for each request. I can't help feeling that that is going to add up to a lot of waste and cost over the course of the year.

Freezer was defrosted.

A 'Dice Tray' was made (a very shallow, flat bottomed bowl/dish with baize in the bottom) to go with the dice used in games.

A shopping was done.

An appointment was made with the garage to have the shocks done (Honda are covering the leak under warranty).
