3, 2, 1, go!

Volunteered at Charlton parkrun again. Today, I was doing finish tokens, which means I get to say well done to every finisher - we had over 200 today, including various runners in fancy-dress for Halloween (big shout-outs to 'Super Mario' and the 'Flying Nun' who were both among the first 10 finishers).

My ankle seems to be recovering with a little bit of rest. I ran on Monday (just a short-ish intervals session in Greenwich Park) and I am going to try a long tomorrow, weather-permitting).
