Today

Today I went to a lunch hosted by dear friend and birthday girl S who was turning a number ending in zero. It took place at the restaurant of the newly renovated Australian Museum. On the way home at the aptly named Museum Station I took this photo.

The extra is yesterday's mystery object. It's basically a key ring - hang your keys on the ring, clip it on your belt or waist garment and when you get to your door, pull the keys and let out the chain. When you're done the chain retracts. Can you imagine anything more useless?
