Dolly flooding

Boring training today and afterwards I took a wee trip down to the garden centre! Came home and decided to have a bath! As I'm in the bath I get a knock at the door, it was my downstairs neighbour! Water was coming through her lights and down her wall! Not even three weeks in and disaster! I'll be calling the solicitor tomorrow!
