Little dancers

Still in flower, I am sure not usually at this time of year. Always think they look like little dancers.
Physio this morning was fine and she has given me some exercises to do, another appointment in three weeks and no running, or walks longer than an hour until then.
Friends round for lunch, we don’t see each other very often but when we do it’s not stop talking.
It was gone five before Hetty and I got out for our walk, dark but dry and quite mild.
Now for the first session of exercises.
