Purchasing pizza flour

Mr hazelh makes our pizzas with special flour that we buy from Valvona and Crolla. I took this shot of the shop when I popped in there this morning to top up our supplies. On the same trip I went to the public library and stopped off at three charity shops (no purchases made).

Our workman du jour was the joiner. Now our 'new' bathroom has a skirting board, facings around the windows, and a door that fits. Like most of the other young men who have been in and out of our flat over the past month, the joiner doesn't drink tea or coffee. (Actually, he looked so young that I wouldn't have been surprised if he told me that he had never tasted either, and requested a glass of milk instead!)

We had a fun night in town with Jon this evening. Our first stop was the Royal Society of Edinburgh to listen to an excellent talk by Sarah Gilbert about the development of the AstraZeneca COVID19 vaccine. Then the three of us enjoyed a fabulous sushi supper with great conversation at Yes Sushi on George Street.

Exercise today: a small amount of walking (9,681 steps)
