Gas boiler serviced yesterday.
Gas leak detected.
Yesterday and this morning spent taking the kitchen apart fo find the leak. No gas last night therefore no hob or boiler.
In the end the leak was on the body of the meter itself.
Kitchen put back together.
Report made to SGN's emergency number - new meter fitted within 2 hours. The old meter was confirmed as the leak source. Now back up and running and safe.
