Getting ready.

We go on our hols this coming Saturday.
The Yorkshire dales is once again our destination.
We usually have one or both of the kids join us, this time only Layla , Chris and dwarfs can come, Zander and Amy are otherwise engaged.
Over the nine years of going to Wensleydale we have had lots of friends and family come to be with us for a night or two, this time Dotty and her bloke are coming down from that Scottish place and we are to enjoy a feast - Yotam Ottolenghi style !
So I need to be reading up about stuff .

Don't forget the plain bread x 4 and 2 square sausages x
