Putting the boot in...

Been another lovely day which ended somewhat bittersweet.

I picked The Carmenator up from football practice and was impressed at some of her skills, but then she ruined everything by saying she had chosen to support Manchester United....bleurgh.

Anyway, despite this potential inducement to disinherit I could see that she needed some proper boots and so it was with some pride that I took her to a sports shop and we tried on a few pairs before she went for these.

I intend to work on the Man Utd thing. Despite our northern location, ours is a household that will be forever blowing bubbles.
