Bloom As You Go

This is my progress after almost 2 weeks, the baby blanket is about 15" square at this stage and I've just started the second ball of yarn.

I don't know how big I'll go, the pattern gives no help on sizings and I'm not sure if there's a standard size square for a pram/cot.
