Looking from Foulsyke towards Crummock Water

Best day of the week, so I headed to Lanthwaite Woods, when I got to the weir (even wearing wellies) I wasn't going to get any further - waders at the least would have been required. So I went on along the Loweswater Road and turned off towards Tilberthwaite. This is a view I love, but rarely photograph. It certainly looks at its best late afternoon. Had to wait about an hour to get the break in the clouds - but it was well worth it.
