“It’s freeeeezing”

Rachel and I went to Gaddings Dam this morning. We braved the hike up the steep path, it was windy but dry. The water was brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrilliant. After the heavy rain the water level was higher so we didn’t have to dodge too many big rocks. It was exhilarating being in the cold water but we were glad to get our layers on, have a hot drink and get moving on the path down.

The view was wonderful, the swim was amazing and the company was fabulous. We had a great time.
