Wednesday

A morning on the sofa then walked up to a mental health centre that was having an open day. Was intrigued with what they were offering, and the activities/classes seem varied but the man who showed me round did say that the main demographic using the service are retired men, so I'm not so sure. 

Home to a letter from the DVLA to say they are writing to my psychiatrist to get her advice if they should renew my license. So now the worrying begins.
