He/she not so graceful

Can you guess what is happening here? First time I can say that I did not mined getting bitten today during my walk. This was the first day the bugs were out as we had real sun and heat all day, food for the birds. Enjoyed a good day birding only thing that spoiled it was my elbow looks like it has fluid in it when I got my stitches so back to doc.s. more pills!! Look forward to seeing your suggestions.
