Sirloin Steak
Buy my sirloin steak from Tesco these days. I like the 30 day aged c.£5, such quality and wonderful value.
Search through them all and pick out the ones with little sinew and some nice white fat marbling.
To tenderise and flavour, I first batter it with a rolling pin and then marinate it with a light olive oil, rosemary and garlic.
Sorry, (contrary to most opinion)but I like my steak well done, with the fat burnt.
