Bracing

Sunday morning, the alarm went off, snooze feature activated but eventually I had to get up and after dressing and making a coffee ‘to go’ I headed for Ponsharden and the Epic Gigability Taster Day for newcomers.
Membership numbers are steadily increasing and we are now at sixty, probably only a little over 50% are active weekly rowers I’d guess but nonetheless good progress in under two years.
I didn’t get to row, enough numbers for the two gigs and unless the rowing is moved from next Sunday, Remembrance Sunday, we will be having a weeks break.
Being down on the waters edge for an hour or so blew the cobwebs away.

Roast dinner and a determined effort to finish my book and achieve my Goodreads target.
