Getting old……

……..although  staying young would be much better. It was recommended in a newspaper. I can’t say there were many pearls of wisdom in the book. 
We went out for lunch with friends today. The pub restaurant had a special offer on lunches, £13.45 for 2 courses. It was really good food and service as well. We were in there until after 4pm. Everyone was on top form and the conversation was interesting and fun. We’ve all known each other for many years so there’s a lot of mickey taking as well.
