River Rothay at White Moss, Grasmere.

The footpath looked about 4 inches underwater on one section nearby. I decided to keep my feet dry and turned back. I didn’t stay out for long . . . . . it’s been showery all day and very dark at times.

I’ve done a bit of cleaning, some reading and booked my Covid booster for Friday.
