Sunrise

Today's weather forecast was set to be rain and more rain, so an early blip across the Bay proved more than useful.

Visited C, my friend who is terminally ill.  She has now moved to a care home locally.  With recent trips south, I hadn't seen her for several weeks and I notice quite a decline.  However, her sense of humour has remained intact and we managed a good laugh together.  She seemed very pleased that I had visited.

Facetimed with Dad after lunch.  He seems to be progressing quite well.  He has a hospital appointment tomorrow to take the bandages off and one of his carers is taking him to that.  He seemed more relaxed today which is good to witness.
