Work is progressing in the square..
I finally bought my ticket to Australia for Christmas. So many delays in buying it, and it’s ridiculously expensive this year. I heard in September that it was too late to buy a reasonably priced ticket.. that’s when I usually bought them.. anyway.. I’ll be home. First Christmas in three years, but it’ll be a different..
The purchase wasn’t without drama - hours spent on the phone to the bank last night and today dealing with one time pass codes etc. I don’t have time to waste.
Taught the 12 year olds tonight - one group is quite worried about kidnapping.. and other things.. they’re too young to be dealing with this stress.
