Is it Chicken of the Woods?

A couple of years ago, Glyn bought pellets that we placed into drilled holes in logs, in the hope of growing Chicken of the Woods. This is a fungi that tastes like chicken apparently. This is the first sign of something growing, but is it what we wanted?
