From my window
A full morning with all sorts, including a zoom meeting with 24-7 leaders around Europe...I love that they're all nationals from their own countries, I think we're the only cross-culture pair in this group! I love the love people have for their home nations.
Stephen's back so team meeting as per usual this after pre prison...good to touch base on a few things.
And a happy happy birthday to my Mom. This time last year my sister and I were turning up unannounced on her doorstep to celebrate her and my Dad's birthdays!! Wish I could have done the same today!
Today I'm grateful for;
1) Showing a couple of friends round the centre and their effusiveness about the space.
2) Seeing one of the Roma boys at school who is also part of our tiny church...he hugged me for ages and wouldn't let go, I felt touched.
3) A great phone call with Mom this evening...stimulating...that is until Nate kicked me off the call so he could have 'a private chat' with Grandmaman! Ha!
Today's joy theme is 3 things from my window;
1) I'm grateful I can lean our of the window and see boats and palm trees.
2) Grateful that tonight I can see this beautiful moon.
3) Grateful for the lovely yellow light cast by the street lamps.
The crazy angle of my pic is to try and get in both boats and the moon!
