Slightly more comfortable surroundings than yesterday's coffee time, but the views weren't as good ;) 

Then "Blessed are the Cheesemakers" at The Courtyard Dairy just outside Settle - the point of our few days away was to include picking up the matured Cheddar cheese we made on our course three months ago. Obviously we also sampled and bought a few other delightful pieces of the various local cheeses on offer... it would have been rude not to ;)
