Ho Hum

I'd never want anyone to think that I attend a lot of fashion parades. (Indeed, at a personal level, I am probably the most fashion-free zone on earth.) However, from time to time, I do find myself exposed to recorded fashion events on television. Let me tell you that one could be forgiven for believing that the underlying instruction to all participating models is to look as actively miserable as possible. OR, if "miserable" can't quite be managed, they should at least try for "bored stiff". Geee. When I was young I seem to remember one or two pretty models actually SMILING.

I came across this row of shop window mannequins. They most certainly seem to have the prevailing mood down pat.
