Tea

When did we start to have so many different kinds of tea? Time was, you bought a packet of tea bags. I've just bought some Japanese roasted rice tea, for goodness sake. To add to the organic earl grey, decafinated earl grey, the lapsang, the assam, the green, the Tata gold, the dandelion, and maybe one or two others lurking around there that I've forgotten about.
