New Mexico Ban's Rust

In a desperate attempt to obliterate all cases of tetanus, New Mexico is making it illegal to allow any metal object to reach the rusting point. 
It shouldn't be too difficult as moisture is a key ingredient in the rusting process and we have so little of that here.   ;-))
