Falling Foss
After a damp dismal start to the day we travelled north across the Moors to May Beck. A delightful walk through the woods to Falling Foss waterfall.
Although the view from the top of the path was good Stephen wanted to get down to the bottom of the fall. A bit too steep for Jet so Richard decided to wait whilst we scrambled down the valley side. Apart from a wet foot caused when I misjudged leaves for a rock we were pleased with the photo opportunities.
An impressive waterfall especially in autumn. Just got back to the car as the rain started and we started to lose the light. By the time we got to Sleights it was tipping it down.
