Every night is Mardi Gras

Or at least, you could be forgiven for thinking that in New Orleans, with beads being flung about in certain areas of the city. This monument is some way from the infamous Bourbon Street, though, and I have to admit I was impressed (and a bit puzzled) by how someone had managed to lasso herself here. It took Rachael to point out that someone just had to unclip them first!
