Good News

When I saw Junior during the week he gave me some chocolate. This is a rare treat (as he knows) and these days I very seldom have biscuits or chocolate in the house. 

Maybe he realised I might need something to cheer me up occasionally during the dark days of November. So, good news. 

The other good news is I have not eaten it all today. 

Apart from that it has been a tedious day. I slept badly. Rain started just when I was thinking of getting ready for Parkrun, and I decided I would rather stay warm and dry. 

It rained until late afternoon. 

I am not sure if it is good news or bad news that I had no pressing reason to go out in the rain. 

Tomorrow will be better.
