Spent the majority of the day cooking up yesterday’s abundance. But had a break to meet for coffee with my lovely friend Annie and chatted about the concept of sabbath. Especially difficult for people who have no idea how to stop ‘doing’. After cooking I laid this tea tray and rested having put everything in the freezer. This evening I was invited out for supper and really enjoyed great conversation with Sophy concerning the matters of life and death podcast on embryonic‘s. And our myriad temporary jobs in the 70’s and 80’s. So despite the weather it’s been a lovely Saturday and I’m so grateful for deep friendships. Now to rest!
