Timekeeper

A volunteering role for me today at ParkRun. I ran the 7 miles there in constant heavy drizzle, it eased for a short while but after 90 minutes hanging around I was grateful for the return journey passing over the now fast flowing river Torridge several times (extra).
After drying out and a quick lunch a trip to the edge of Dartmoor to drop off some trophies which had been in my possession since before lockdown.
Suitably relaxed now.
