Fire & Rescue

We walked alongside the River Tees into Stockton this morning. It was certainly the best day of the year weatherwise and we enjoyed the sun as we took many photos on the way. The reflections were wonderful and some of the architecture stunning. We even spotted a swan on her nest. On our return we reached the Tees Barrage International White Water Course just in time to watch the Fire and Rescue Service performing their annual capabilities check. To see them swimming in full uniform and equipment against the rapids was quite a spectacle.
