Looking up and down

Decided on a walk before going to the grocery store. Lynches Wood park is the closest walking trail to my house so I decided to walk there and I was so glad I did. The autumn color is fabulous there. I felt like I was inside a red, gold, yellow and green kaleidoscope! As well as a creek I had to cross at two places. A tiny waterfall too!

Walked further than I thought and had 6 miles and over 15,000 steps.

I did make it to the grocery store!
