Cold Awakening …

… for the first time this year the Dents du Midi wore their winter clothes. Let’s hope it continues to snow at altitude at least, to feed the glaciers which have receded at an unprecedented rate this summer.

I did manage to chop back some bushes in the garden before rain stopped play. Just as well it did, my back and wrists were aching afterwards.
