Yesterday I had both COVID and flu jabs. A sore arm, restless night and mild shivers today. Hoping that's all.

A heavy defeat in our indoor bowls pairs match this morning. The opposition are very good and were at the top of their game; we weren't. Never mind, next time as they say.
