I’ve had a busy day. I’ve prepped and made 4 Shepherds pie meals, and washed and dried a load of washing and soaked Beans for making BeanJar tomorrow. But the sky looked so pretty I popped out to get a shot and one of the last Scabious left on the plant. So now, rest 20 mins while the oven finishes off the Shepherds pie for tea and let the other 3 cool for the freezer.
