Went again to St James and agent had key this time. Had a poke around the outside buildings. Quite a bit of work to do to make all secure. Hen house fine and these two were keen to say hello.

View and calm at back amazing contrast to shops and traffic at front. The best of both worlds.

Went for coffee in PMU bar which I really like. Great variety of people in and out.

Beautiful sunny day after rain in night.
