U3A. University of the Third Age

This is a popular "learning" group in NZ and today in Wellington about 350 of us watched this presentation which was fascinating as it was actually about learning and understanding why normal sensible people can make errors of judgement that can be disastrous. The research was being carried out by presenting students with emails that needed to be answered and tracking where their eyes went and what they actually read. Some emails had a line that said NOT to answer it and most never even spotted it.
Needless to say you should be VERY aware of any email that you are not expecting and if in doubt DON'T.  Phishing is a growth business.
